No dia 12 de janeiro de 2012, o artista plástico Marcos Buarque lançou
na Livraria Cultura de Salvador a segunda edição do Anuário Arte Atual. Trata-se de um livro
com 128 páginas e a participação de 52 artistas de várias partes do Brasil e alguns portugueses
Esta edição 2011 é bilingue (português x inglês) e tem como objetivo principal disseminar e divulgar
a arte desses 52 artistas presentes na edição. O livro é coordenado pelo artista plástico Marcos Buarque, que tem
na sua bagagem 34 anos de arte e com várias exposições individuais e coletivas no Brasil e trabalhos em
acervos em vários países do exterior.
